1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags or accessories.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • Clearance or sale items are final and cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  • Our support team will confirm if your item qualifies for a return and guide you through the process.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval.

4. Refund Process

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as:
    • A replacement product, or
    • Store credit for future purchases.
  • We do not issue cash refunds.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If returning for other valid reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
