At Earth Loopz, we take pride in providing high-quality products for your adventures. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags or accessories.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Clearance or sale items are final and cannot be returned.
3. Return Process

- Our support team will confirm if your item qualifies for a return and guide you through the process.
- Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval.
4. Refund Process
- Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as:
- A replacement product, or
- Store credit for future purchases.
- We do not issue cash refunds.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If returning for other valid reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
